24/7 Service

24-hour service, 365 days a year.

This telephone service for material deliveries is provided from our head office, and availability of the required part at any of our warehouses is confirmed at the time of the call.

GAES arranges the logistics for delivery of the material to the production plant. This service is available outside regular business hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. the following morning.

Predictive maintenance

At GAES Group, we have a dedicated predictive maintenance department.

Our predictive maintenance department uses state-of-the-art technology that combines the principles of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with IoT (Internet of Things) to optimise remote maintenance.

Thanks to this service, you can monitor the condition of your assets in real time and with a high degree of accuracy.

Systems Integration

The latest service to be incorporated into GAES Group is our Systems Integration department, located at GAES MICROSYSTEM in Madrid.

This unit has a team of highly experienced engineers specialising in automation and the integration of processes and systems that combine electronic and mechanical components, such as servo motors, robots, linear motors, customised solutions, drives and sensors for predictive maintenance.
